- Paper 2 (100 Marks, 2 Hours): Knowledge of Government Service Rules (30 Marks), Knowledge of Revenue Vocabulary (20 Marks), and Knowledge of Acts/Rules including MP Land Revenue Code 1959, Revenue Book Circular (RBC), & Land Records Manual (50 Marks).
- Qualifying Marks: Minimum 55% for Unreserved/OBC/EWS candidates, and 40% for SC/ST candidates.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
Candidates selected for the post of Naib Tehsildar will be placed in Pay Matrix Level 9 under the MP Pay Revision Rules 2017 with an initial basic pay of ₹36,200 (Pay Scale ₹36,200 - ₹1,14,800 + Dearness Allowance and admissible state government allowances). Under the 6th Pay Commission structure, this corresponds to Pay Band ₹9,300 - ₹34,800 + Grade Pay ₹3,600.
