- Ensure you have completed Aadhaar registration and Profile Registration on the MPESB portal.
- Navigate to the link for 'ASI (Computer) & Head Constable (Computer) Selection Test 2026'.
- Fill in personal, academic, and contact details carefully as required in the form.
- Upload the required documents including colored photograph (with name and date printed), signature, and handwritten declaration text.
- Pay the application fee via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or MP Online Kiosk and take a printout of the computer-generated receipt.
The selection process consists of two stages: Phase 1 includes a Written Examination (100 Marks MCQ covering General Knowledge, Reasoning, Science, and Mathematics) along with a Technical Written Examination (100 Marks MCQ). Phase 2 includes a Physical Efficiency Test (PET - Qualifying 800 Meter Run) and a Technical Practical Examination (100 Marks). Final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in Phase 1 and the Technical Practical Examination.
Assistant Sub Inspector (Computer) posts carry a pay scale of ₹28,700 - ₹91,300. Head Constable (Computer) posts carry a pay scale of ₹25,300 - ₹80,500. Selected candidates will be placed on 3-year probation, during which stipend will be paid at 70% in the 1st year, 80% in the 2nd year, and 90% in the 3rd year.
For Male candidates, minimum height requirement is 160 cm. For Female candidates, minimum height is 155 cm. Chest expansion standards do not apply to these technical computer cadre posts. Candidates must also meet medical vision standards (6/9 in one eye and 6/12 in the other without glasses) and be free from color blindness, knock knees, or flat feet.
