Candidates must meet the following age criteria as of 01.09.2026:

- Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.09.1998 and not later than 01.09.2006 (both days inclusive).

- Step 2: Visit the official Canara Bank portal (canarabank.bank.in) or directly open the IBPS application link.
- Step 3: Click on 'CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION' and enter basic contact details to generate Registration Number and Password.
- Step 4: Fill out personal information, academic details, state preference, local language details, and NATS Enrollment Number accurately.
- Step 5: Upload scanned copies of Photograph (20-50 kb), Signature (10-20 kb), Left Thumb Impression (20-50 kb), and Hand Written Declaration (50-100 kb) as per required dimensions.

The selection process for Canara Bank Graduate Apprentice engagement comprises the following stages:
- Merit List Preparation: State-wise merit list prepared in descending order based on percentage obtained in 12th Std (10+2) or Diploma Examination. Minimum qualifying marks required are 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification of age, qualifications, caste, and identity certificates.
- Local Language Test: Candidates who haven't studied the specified local language in 10th or 12th standard must pass the local language test during Document Verification.
- Medical Fitness: Final engagement is subject to being declared medically fit as per bank standards.
Selected Graduate Apprentices will receive a consolidated monthly stipend of ₹16,650/- during the 12-month training period. Out of this, ₹10,500/- will be paid directly by Canara Bank, and ₹6,150/- will be credited by the Govt. of India through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Apprentices are not entitled to any additional allowances, benefits, or regular employment claims in the bank.
