The application fee must be paid online during the submission process. Applicable GST charges will be added to the fee amounts listed below:

Candidates applying for the Administrative Officer posts must meet the following age criteria calculated as of June 30, 2026:
- Minimum Age: 21 Years (Candidate must not be born later than 30.06.2005)
- Maximum Age: 30 Years (Candidate must not be born earlier than 30.06.1996)
Upper age relaxation is provided to reserved categories as per Government guidelines: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD, 5 years for Ex-servicemen, and 8 years for existing confirmed employees of PSGI Companies.

Candidates must register and submit their applications through the official IBPS application link. Follow the step-by-step procedure below to ensure a error-free submission:
- Visit the official portal at uiic.co.in or navigate directly to the online registration link.
- Click on 'Click here for New Registration' and enter basic details like Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number to obtain Provisional Registration credentials.
- Fill in all mandatory educational, personal, and category information carefully.
- Upload scanned copies of Passport Size Photograph (20-50 kb), Signature (10-20 kb, black ink), Left Thumb Impression (20-50 kb), and Hand-written Declaration as per guidelines.
- Preview the application form using the 'Preview' tab to verify every detail before selecting 'Complete Registration'.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee/service charges using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI, and take a printout of the generated application form and e-receipt.
The recruitment process for UIIC AO consists of three distinct stages: Tier I (Preliminary Examination), Tier II (Main Examination including Objective and Descriptive Tests), and a Personal Interview. Tier I is a screening examination comprising English Language, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude for 100 marks. Tier II consists of advanced objective papers and an online descriptive test covering essay and letter writing. Candidates qualifying in the Main Examination will be shortlisted for the interview round. Final selection will be prepared on the basis of consolidated performance in Tier II Main Examination and Interview in the weightage ratio of 75:25.
Selected candidates as Administrative Officer (Scale-I) will be placed in the basic pay scale of Rs. 82485-4050(14)-139185-4390(4)-156745. The total initial gross emoluments will be approximately Rs. 1,10,000/- per month at Metropolitan centers. Benefits also include leased accommodation, Gratuity, Leave Travel Concession (LTS), Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, and coverage under the National Pension System (NPS).
